Colourful
India comes to Edinburgh.
It seemed springlike enough for me to don for the first time my patchwork jacket bought in Jaipur last November.
Very often clothing bought in hot sunny lands look a tad out of place in grey Scotland, but with the sun out this morning, no one seemed dazzled by the bright colours and I didn't notice any strange looks either.
What I carefully omitted from the blip was the number of Xs before the L on the size label. It is obvious that the Indian clientele are not a quarter as robust as I am.
