Walk in her Shoes - Walk 5

Todays walk was a circular walk taking in Hendra and Praa sands, starting at the amazing white sands at Praa Beach.
The walk took me up and over Rinsey Point to the old engine house (photo) before carrying on to Trewavas where there are the remains of several old mine shafts and buildings. Here the sea fog rolled in and the rain became really heavy and unpleasant.
It was a relief to see the expanse of golden white sands of the homeward stretch before staggering into the warmth of the cafe for cider and cheesy chips...
