Each little flower that opens ......

The simplest of shapes, the sunny colour, such a welcome herald of spring. The daffodils are yet to bloom in profusion but I saw some wild violets on our walk the other day - if the ground dries out a bit so that I can kneel on it without sinking into the mud before they're over I'll try to photograph them too.
