Summery Autumn Day
Windy, wild night and awoke to a cold, dismal morning. Typical winter weekend we thought! Then it poured with rain for 30 mins and when the rain stopped, out came the sun and before we knew it, it was 19 degrees!
We were up early as Dave had promised Abby he would grab a trailer and help her take a few things (like a couple of couches that had been left in the garden all summer and were now a sodden mess) to the dump before their flat inspection next week.
At lunch time Dave and I walked to the supermarket, about 20 mins each way and picked up a few bits and pieces. It was a pleasant stroll and we chattered about the week ahead and about this and that. One topic was what our favourite chocolate bars had been as kids. We decided he could have my Snickers and I'd have his Crunchies.
What more could a couple ask for?
In my blipfolio - even closer up.
