MY BREAKFAST

This is becoming a habit I would rather not have - and I don’t mean the Muesli or the coffee!  

I keep thinking of my dear friend, Ann, who used to say “This, too, shall pass” - so with that thought, I will now go and get dressed and go for a walk in the sunshine - and leave Mr. HCB pottering in the garden - I know it’s almost midday, but sleepless nights mean later mornings for me!

I was looking for the quote that said “Keep your face to the sun and you will never see the shadows” but when I found it, I also saw this one and it seemed more applicable for me - and perhaps for someone else - at the moment:

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. 
     Only through experience of trial and suffering
