Grace and Emily like to climb underneath the sofa blanket where it trails on the floor. Grace must have been too warm and poked her head and paws out.

Doggy excitement of the day was a visit from dog-cousin Merlin and a walk together. Merlin is used to off lead walks chasing his ball or a frisbee but he graciously come for a lead walk to the duck pond. Emily barked at him, Storm jumped up at him while Grace ignored him. Once we were home Emily did go nose to nose with him. She made it clear that All Laps are Hers, including his mummy's, and that if he does as she says they will get on fine. Merlin really wasn't bothered and did as he pleased anyway :)
