Mothering

On our way to church for Mothering Sunday we heard some frog activity in our neighbour's (Airedale knitter's) pond.

We were told we were welcome to take a look but the frogs all disappeared as we approached it so I just took a quick shot of the mass of frogspawn visible at the top of the pond.

Lovely daffodils for the mums (and ladies) at church and I still have the glorious scent ( hyacinth and freesia) of the lovely flowers from Grace and John but after two days of garden flowers for blip I decided against more.

Downloading my pictures on the iPad I spotted a face amongst the frog spawn. Can you? Maybe a he or a she but there has been some real 'mothering' going on in the neighbourhood pond!
