Tulip mania.

After a busy day yesterday; early walk, lunch with friends, evening out with more friends and a lot of red wine, I was amazed when I was up at 6.45 am making scones for the church coffee morning.

Duty done I'm now in front of the telly watching the rugby. I hope it is good enough to keep me awake.

The tulips are cut and in my living room. They were opening nicely when I took this.
Such dramatic flowers, I love them.
