Life In Wales

Lola

We picked the boys up this morning from the doggy hotel, they seemed ok but very excited to be back with us, so we took them straight to the beach and walked to Ovingdean.  We sat and had a hot chocolate at the cafe before turning round and heading back again.

It was very sheltered on the undercliff walk and there weren't many people around, so it was lovely and peaceful.    We bumped into our friend Lisa with her daughter Annie and their Cockerpoo Lola, who sat very patiently on the beach with her ball while we chatted.  Alan said he was watching her and said she's very clever - as she was sat on a slope her ball kept rolling, so she kept stopping it with her paw!

The Sunday roast is now in the oven and we're having a lazy afternoon at home.  I'm starting to back up my blips just in case, although as many have said, at the moment everything is just a rumour, and hopefully we'll hear something soon, but I'd rather be safe than sorry!

Happy Mother's Day to all the mums out there - hope you're having a good day.
