Mother's day lunch

The best present any mother can have is to share time with her children, especially as they grow up and start to lead their own lives. So to have all my boys share Mother's Day lunch with me was a special treat today. We had a lovely lunch out at a club that required them to dress up as it has a rather strict dress code, hence the jackets and ties. Quite nice to see them looking smart for a change instead of scruffy joggers or gym shorts.

All the rumours of Blipfoto going belly up are very sad. If it is in liquidation I hope it is rescued by another company/investor as it is a wonderful concept that has brought so many like minded people together who share a love of photography. Now we are having a relaxing afternoon at home with an early night, as tomorrow morning we are on the red eye flight to Newcastle, as we are going to visit Durham University with Luke. He has a two day program for offer holders from his college there and we also wanted to visit it as have never seen it.
