That didn't go well....

It's Mam's birthday today. This is our second without her and it doesn't get any easier. With it also being Mothering Sunday tomorrow I confess to a slight feeling of envy of those who can still spend time with their Mothers.

Envy is not a healthy feeling. It is nobody's fault that we are in our position.

So the big positive today was getting up early to collect Adam from Oxford.

We were supremely organised. On the road before 6 and arriving at Worcester College at 9.30, the day was working out well.

There was every chance I would be back in time to see Afc Fylde at Chorley.

With the storage items securely locked in the warehouse and back to the College before 10.15, it was like a military operation
