no man's land

A strange day indeed today. A temp at work went from being a rather demure, patrician clerk to a deranged foul-mouthed psychotic, close to violence and causing a great deal of emotional turmoil. I haven't ever witnessed anyone losing the plot to quite that extent before but I'm sure it was all in a day's work for the boys and girls in blue who rolled up shortly afterwards.
