Eighteenth century graffiti

A second visit to St. Michael's church at Coxwold today. There was a church warden in attendance. Following conversation he showed me to where some of the older pews have been stored upstairs. This photograph shows graffiti dating back to the late Eighteenth century. More tomorrow.
