Hopeful?

Looking for something to blip, with the news that blipfoto might yet be saved, I thought that Mickey was a cheerful image for today. 
I couldn't resist this plate when we went to EuroDisney years ago for Ms H's 9th (?) birthday, and I'm still not sure why...
