Sprint Star

Had the regional athletics day today - a very pleasant day even if it did get a little nuts several times.  Great students, great achievements, great atmosphere.  This young woman had a fantastic day - a real sprint star in the making!

The sun was shining throughout the day though there was a noticeable drop in temperature.  I even heard someone utter the 'S' word........surely not snow already?!  Home late after the event and still the sun shone.  Now - just a few shorts gours later, it's pouring outside and feels very cold inside.  Time for a warm bed and a long sleep I think.
