Of all the photos I've put up on here, this is one of them. :-p

Less than a fortnight left before I take early retirement, stood on front of an old telecom room jumper frame. They don't look like this any more, but back in the days when telephone exchanges went clickety-clack and the mobile communicators were only seen on Star Trek this was how your phone line was wired.

And today I'm working on gigabit fibre routed SDH multiplexers. That both exist in the same room is testament to the old saying "if it ain't busted, don't fix it". Here's hoping BlipFoto ain't too busted, and the fixing of it doesn't cost it it's true worth.
