Solidarity

A day late in this, and definitely not the most spectacular view of the day, but has to be done.
We are still in Byron Bay , a super resort, beautiful beaches and no high rise developments.

The weather has been glorious today, so after a swim and walk along the beach before breakfast we didn't feel like doing too much. Around 4 though I convinced L that a stroll along the beach and climb up to the lighthouse would be a good idea.. Spectacular views of the coastline. This is the most easterly point in Australia. Looked out for dolphins and wallabies but all we saw were turkeys and iguanas.

I will try to put some photos on flickr later, but after our 3 hour trek, Madame SwRo is waiting for me to take her out to dinner.
