Flat Fish

I had to find a fishmonger while I was in Beverley today as I had a fish filleting lesson in my cookery class. Here it is - so ugly. A plaice. I don't like fish, except pretty tropical ones, and don't like handling them. Probably the last time was when I studied zoology years ago. The fishmonger was quite amused that I wanted an unfilleted flat fish. We'll be eating goujons for tea tomorrow.
