Eclipse

The big event of the day was the eclipse( not my dental appointment!). We woke up to a grey day. The sky was cloudy and then a clear patch appeared, and miraculously  we could see the sun. We watched the eclipse from our bedroom window as there was an unimpeded clear view, using our 10stop camera filters. The clouds behaved themselves so we were lucky.
The blip today had to be something connected to this event, but I couldn't get an image of it, so I have improvised. The blip could also be titled "The sun has got his hat on hip hip hip hip hooray." The sun is my papier mache sun, which I bought in Cuba, and the moon moving across it is part of a sunhat(appropriate), which I bought in Japan.
