Tech Support

These two woke simultaneously this morning. The streetlight cast shadows, which caught bub's attention. The boy tried shadow hand puppets at which point I grabbed the camera. In bed with no tripod (yes, need to buy), my efforts were pretty dodgy. But even if I could have kept my camera still- what about his hands?! I had widest aperture I could achieve and highest ISO on the (admittedly, old entry level) DSLR. How should this shot have been taken?? Helpers, please?
