Birthday Bouquet

It's my birthday today. Normally we would go out for the day and have lunch somewhere nice but we were hosting yesterday evening's speaker and he didn't leave until mid-afternoon. So we decided it was a non-birthday birthday and we will probably go out for a day sometime next week when the weather is looking good.

I was taken out for a birthday meal to our local Italian restaurant. A bouquet of roses and irises arrived from my youngest son and his family.
