Tasman Sea

We drove to Westport today, stopping on the way for lunch at Berlin's Cafe.  The Cafe is under new ownership, and I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

After we got groceries, we went to Carter's Beach, took a few photo's, purchased a coffee to go, and headed home.

Son T is undertaking a 'River Rescue' course this weekend, run by the New Zealand Kayak School.  He is the youngest doing the course; it was a full on day today and he is absolutely exhausted.  Tomorrow he starts at 8am, so it will be an early night for him tonight.
