The Tree, Hobble End

Just had a quick chance to grab a shot before going to the supermarket.  The rest of the day was taken up with work and Rugby.

I know this tree will be familiar to many.  There are only so many ways to photograph the same scene but different conditions help bring out different aspects of the view.  On this occasion it allowed the line of posts in the distance to stand out here as normally they would merge into the background.

Many thanks for the wonderful response to yesterday's eclipse image.  I'm still struggling to thank you all individually just at the moment.  Unusually I worked most of the day representing my employer at a public meeting.
