Loading before dark

We loaded up our second wood kiln of the semester this afternoon - before dark. From my limited experience in loading kilns, this is a very good thing. Generally it's around 10 or midnight before a kiln gets started. The gas is loaded up and ready to be fired tomorrow as well. It's going to be a big weekend for finished pots!
