Bottle brush anyone?

Been a busy Sunday and it's been good. Still managed to get down to the beach and enjoy the freezing outdoors, 21C with a very cold wind, goodness, I am so weak. 21C would be perfect temperature anywhere, but the fact that we were ALL cold and it wasn't just me, was consoling.

Here's the bottle brush trees, flowering at the moment, near our home. Just beautiful.

Surgery day tomorrow, hope I can manage some sleep.
