A Bitter Sweet Life

That is title of the brand new book written by this young lady Ruhi Kumar, who is the daughter of our friends Juhi and Sam.

Ruhi is a diabetic and has managed her 'illness' really well as a young girl and now as a young lady and has been able to help many young diabetics through their trials as well. So much so that she has written a book about her challenges and experiences and hopes to encourage/inspire other young people on their journey. It isn't a life sentence to be dependent on insulin and you can lead a very normal life if controlled well and that is the message of this book.
