Horsing Around!

After the lovely sunny weather yesterday it's back to boring grey with a risk of sun today. Rik and Joseph painted Warhammer models this morning, and we all went out for a walk from near the Dolmen after lunch. It was cold and felt more like January then nearly April. 

The walk started off boggy, made worse by bike tracks, so it felt more like an obstacle course at times. When we got to the bottom of the track it was on the road for a while where I enjoyed the spring flowers in gardens and borders.

We turned up the track once more and stopped for a while to laugh at these sheep horsing around in a field. It looked like they were competing for a small mound in front of a horsebox. Then they moved off and carried on head butting each other in another part of field, much to our amusement!!

The rest of the way was mostly up hill and steps and so I'm pooped and enjoying a large cup of tea and a Tunnocks Tea Cake!
