Evening

Lovely to leave work, after a pretty tough day, to find the sun still shining.

I've been eyeing these trees for a while on my way home from work, but never found the weather, light or willpower to stop.  Today I did stop - it was actually quite difficult to get a view, as there was a large hedge and barbed wire fence in the way.  I scrabbled around a bit, and took this from really low down.  I'm afraid the horizon is a bit wonky.  

As I extracted myself from the hedge and barbed wire, bringing a longish strand of ivy with me, a passing horsewoman stopped and looked a bit puzzled - I gave her a smile, and she obviously decided I was harmless, and walked on.

It's been a busy weekend in the department - thanks to all my colleagues for their hard work.  Now enjoying a glass of wine and looking forward to 2 days off.
