Hayling Island

This afternoon we whisked off to Hayling Island, as the day decided to be much nicer than forecast.  My face feels quite sunned just from walking down the beach for an hour or so.  There were a lot of fishermen out and a few families, but this blip of the seafront was honestly as busy as it got.

I really like this bit of coast, down-at-heel in places - yachty in others - and rather old fashioned.  Don't you love this faded seaside architecture?  All in all, a very nice Sunday.
