Oh Dear...

Well things haven't gone according to plan today.

Went to visit friends last night and literally 10 minutes after finishing my meal, I was in their loo throwing up!

We cut the night short and came home and I finally stopped puking at 5.30am. I've slept most of the day.

Managed to have some toast about an hour ago and forced myself to have a shower. Feeling quite seedy again.

Don't know if I've eaten something that disagreed with me or if I have a bug. Either way, it's not nice.
