I'm usually awake at the crack of dawn but this morning I didn't wake up until 9am. I think I did wake up a few hours earlier but must have fallen asleep again. 
At lunchtime, I went down to the club to pick up Bibi. She had had a sleepover at Suzann'e last night. She must have been extremely tired after the races yesterday as Suzann'e mum told me that she was fast asleep at 10:30pm.
After lunch, I went to the gym with Jack. I ran at a faster pace than normal and I came back with very aching legs. They are still aching.
