Spring Comes Slowly

It was a beautiful clear sunny day but the wind was howling and the temperature was about 24F. It wasn't easy being out there.  This is at the Everett Dam and Clough Lake.  That tiny dot in about the middle of the picture is a man and his two dogs walking across the lake.  Guess it's still quite frozen.   In August it looked like this.
