I was very impatient photographing my blip today because quite frankly I just wanted to eat it!
Once or twice a year I get an urge to make chocolate eclairs/profiteroles to see if I can finally get the hang of making these tricky little things. So today Joe and I had another go at it and this batch were by far our best result. I wouldn't say we've nailed it but it's pretty close.
Anyway, this one disappeared fairly quickly. A bit rich but yummy!
The boys polished off the rest after dinner.
Now that the wintry weather has set in I find I am spending a lot more time in the kitchen, which is nice. If I didn't need to wash the dishes as well I think I could cook all day!
