VACANCIES!

On a neighborhood walk I spotted this Paper Wasps Nest - I remember being told that Paper Wasps make new nests for The Queen rather than occupying an old nest.   When I saw the intricate layering involved in the building of this nest, it made me wonder if any other insects use it taking advantage of an already well crafted, though worn and aged, multistory abode - hence the title VACANCIES!
