king of the Castle

This magnificent fellow is across the farm. I spent quite a few minutes watching him and he knew i was watching him as he strutted around with his two peahens in tow. I loved how he sort of jumped up on to the wall and posed for me but unfortunately he didn't splay his tail feathers for me.. 
When we first moved here back in the mid 80's we would often have the Peacocks crossing the road and coming into the garden i wonder if they'll cross the field and do it again!
