It's Chili for Dinner

A favorite American dish that I don't make often enough.  My brother makes a really good Chili for our annual July 4th BBQ that everyone loves.
A combination of meat, beans, onions, tomatoes and chili peppers along with a bunch of different spices makes this a slightly spicy but very tasty dish.
Served with some shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle of top as well as a spoonful of sour cream. Did I mention the cornbread?  Oh yes, it goes really well with corn bread. 

As  you might have guessed I didn't go out with the exception of the lab to have some blood drawn.  Just a routine test to make sure I haven't turned into a vampire or anything.
