Ullapool looking east

This is the view from my daughter's new rental house in Ullapool. She only moved in about six weeks ago, and is six weeks from giving birth to twins, so I have come up for 17 days to help get the house straight and to look after Ivy for a while.

It is amazing how Ivy's vocabulary and personality has developed since I saw her last October. I put her to bed tonight, or rather I let her tell me she wanted her blanket, lay down on her matress and went straight to sleep. I hope the next 16 nights are just as simple.
