Cheese, did you say cheese

Ivy and I went to the west Coast deli today looking for rye flour or spelt to get a sour dough starter under way. Unfortunately they were waiting for a delivery. We did buy some smoked organic Dunlop cheese, which is what Ivy had in her hand.
