AB and our biking/camping trip

Yesterday AB, C and I biked into Maridalen, a valley right outside of Oslo - we only biked about 16km, to a beautiful lake where we camped for the night. There is something that I just love about packing up the bike, with everything that we need and taking off....it is always a real sense of freedom and self-sufficiency. The afternoon was beautiful....I am in TERRIBLE shape and it was mostly up hill....so it wasn't very fast....AB and C were very patient with me. We didn't get there until evening...we ate a great meal, drank wine and enjoyed the company and the peace of the woods....it was a lovely trip :-)

This here is a photo of AB while C was changing a tire...we had few flats - Luckily C is brilliant at getting them changed quickly!
