Be Prepared!

Peter and I attended a First Aid Course this morning, which was held at the local garden centre.

It's many years since we last did any first aid and we both felt that a refresher course would be really beneficial - and it was because some techniques taught then are now clearly out of date.

I have no doubt that we will practice the recovery position and other techniques on each other occasionally to make sure we don't forget what to do should a real emergency arise!!
