These are first born beautiful boy's football medals from this season - one for being runners-up in the Dunedin Cup, the other, more significantly, for winning the Edinburgh West league.

Suitably recovered from his # wrist, he's now back playing and definitely fit enough to celebrate Cramond Amateurs' big night out last night.

Another gorgeous day - out for a cycle followed by delicious dinner cooked by FBBB and his Sweetpea.
