Today, I:

- attended an out-of-office meeting and enjoyed the walk back to College in the sunshine
- got first sight of the fat boys' specially commissioned new outdoor run
- went for an evening cycle, despite on-going leg cramp all day following yesterday's jog and cycle
- opted for a quick garden shot Blip

and the Scottish Government announced plans to almost half the drink drive limit. Sorted!
