Black Forest chocolate

After what has probably been my longest day at placement to date, I decided to treat myself to some Läderach chocolate. They have these huge slabs of handmade chocolate packed with lots of different things and they snap off the weight you ask for - or as close as they can get. As I was just about to order my usual Florentiner milk I noticed the flavour of the month: Black Forest chocolate. It looked and tasted amazing - just like the cake but in chocolate bar form!
