This is a shot of the Leeds and Liverpool canal behind the station in the centre of the city. The tall building is Bridgewater Place the design of which has come in for much criticism. High winds around the tower were blamed for the death of a man killed in 2011 when a lorry blew over. Four years on and proposals for mitigating the effects of wind around the building have finally emerged.
