Purple rain

Or raindrops on purple. This plant in our tiny patio has produced a record number of flowers in the last few days - doubtless to welcome HH home - but heavy rain knocked most of them off last night (they only last a day or two anyway).

HH is doing well after his surgery, but today had a visit from the physio, so another woman to bully him. Now to convince him that the occasional glass of plain water is better for the system than milky coffee, beer and so on.
