Off for a stroll

Ivy and I set off this morning for a trip to the post office, one parcel for Banchory and one for North Carolina.

It had been a stormy night but the morning was calmer before the next storm blew in during the afternoon. As you can see, Ivy was well wrapped up so we walked to the riverside path in Ullapool, forgetting of course that there was a fight of stairs back up to the main road. Ivy never once complained and seems to have been tired out by the fresh air as she insisted on bed without a bath this evening.
