In the pink

Following on from yesterday's lazy day (actually turned into a boozy day....why is an hour at the pub never an hour???), we've had more of the same today.

I was meant to visit my sister, but she texted to say she didn't feel well so could I leave it for today. Fair enough.

My Dad and Stepmum called for a brew this morning; he has another watch he wants me to sell on eBay, I'm not convinced I will do as well with this one though.

The weather has been awful again, so we have stayed on the sofa watching movies and planning our next little adventure....Loch Ness!

We had thought about visiting the Isle of Man (not for the TT but on the bike so we could ride the circuit), but the ferry across for a bike and two passengers is £180!

We keep saying we'd love to visit Scotland on the bike, so thought that would make a good alternative and some great blips.

Today's blip is of a lovely gerbera; part of a bunch of flowers Mr A bought me. He's a romantic, though not so much when it comes to films.
We watched 'The Fault in our Stars'; I cried almost all the way through it.
Mr A's verdict? 'That was shit'!
