Happy Birthday ZQ

11 years ago today this barely 5lb waif was introduced to the world and changed my life forever. He's grown into less of a waif and a boy that I'm very proud of.......for all sorts of reasons.

He spent his birthday playing rugby and eating! I was in Berkshire helping out some friends with a running training weekend, and GravyC took Noo to his parents house. We are doing birthday celebrations tomorrow, and I am dreading can't wait to see the SpongeBob movie........

A grey and rainy day in the south - windy too. I managed to pace my 3.45 marathon group for 10 miles without a major coughing fit, so hopefully I'm on the road to recovery?! Another day off tomorrow - woohoo!!! Happy days....
