Museum Monday...Mabel's Roses at Ringling

Another Museum Monday...maybe my last. I'm kicking around the idea of heading back north to Michigan.

A beautiful day for museuming. 72F and sunny, and (for reasons unknown) the museum wasn't very busy.

I wasn't going to post Mabel's roses, but the garden was abuzz with visitors, and many were lugging cameras around. Plus, I couldn't resist the color.

Included in the shots is a huge statue of "The Kiss", the photo that was made famous at the end of World War 2. I waited a long time for a couple to pose in front of the statue...acting out the kiss...but no one came.
