Went into school and sorted out a cupboard but finished up in a pool of sweat so came home and spent the afternoon asleep on the bed - spoke to another teacher at school who similarly had felt poorly since breaking up.Took advantage of a free cuppa in Waitrose on the way home ( first time !)

Hoping to do more tomorrow. this aubretia is just round the corner from our house and the colour has been stunning for a couple of weeks.
